The corset snatches my waist very good. Its very tight in a good way. I got size xs. The looses option fits me perfectly and ill go even tighter. The only thing bothering me is the straps. They really dig into my armpit even if its adjustable. It makes it very uncomfortable for long wear and my goal was to wear that for a few hours a day which is not possible with these arm straps

I'm gonna say. If you're 160-170... get a small. Trust me when i say it will take effort to put on. Totally worth it tho. And if you're anything above 170, get a medium or large depending on the 10 pounds difference. I hope this helps. This is good quality 👌
