Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy for products without quality-related issues, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be authorized before being sent back and shipped to our designated return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if any parts or accessories are missing.

To submit a claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
  • Screenshots of customer complaints, including the complainant's name, date, and details of the complaint.

For ordinary and electronic products, claims must be submitted within 30 days of package delivery.

Damaged Products

  • Products that arrive badly damaged are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Products that arrive partially damaged (excluding minor issues such as loose threads, slight wrinkles, or small scratches) may be eligible for a partial refund or replacement.

Please note that damage to external packaging alone is not eligible for a refund or compensation.

Incorrect or Missing Products

  • Incorrect products are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Products received in the wrong color or size that do not affect functionality may be eligible for a refund or replacement upon submission of supporting evidence.
  • Missing parts that affect product functionality may qualify for a replacement product.
  • Missing accessories may be resent separately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
