Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Once an order has entered processing, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Customized products, print-on-demand products, pre-order inventory products, and service-related products cannot be cancelled after payment.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and supplier requirements.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method selected, customs processing, and local carrier operations.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

For international shipments, customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays.


Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.

In some cases, local postal services or carriers may hold packages for collection at a post office, collection point, or self-service locker. Customers are responsible for collecting their packages within the timeframe specified by the local carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Incorrect postal codes
  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
  • Incorrect recipient information

Orders that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate shipping information may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient is unavailable
  • The package is refused
  • The package is not collected within the carrier's holding period
  • Customs clearance requirements are not fulfilled

the package may be returned by the shipping carrier.

If returned to the fulfillment warehouse, the products may be placed into inventory rather than refunded. Shipping charges and related fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for packages lost during the return process conducted by third-party carriers.


Delayed Shipments

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • High shipping volumes
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

For orders shipped to the United States, delivery-related investigations may begin if the package has not been successfully delivered within 45 days after leaving the warehouse.

For orders shipped to Brazil, delivery-related investigations may begin after 110 days due to extended customs processing requirements.

Certain shipping methods may not be eligible for compensation related to delivery delays.


Delivered Orders

Once tracking information confirms successful delivery, the order will be considered delivered.

If tracking indicates delivery but the customer reports non-receipt, an investigation may be requested. Please note that investigations conducted by shipping carriers can take 1–2 months, and a favorable outcome cannot be guaranteed.

Additional documentation, including official non-delivery confirmation from the local postal authority, may be required.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays, delivery failures, or other shipping-related issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Storms
  • Heavy snowfall
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Wars or international conflicts
  • Strikes
  • Government actions
  • Customs inspections
  • Transportation disruptions

In such cases, shipping times may be extended without liability.
